May 07, 2021: The Tribune: "East Grand Bahama Set For Mangrove Restoration Planting Initiative"

In early May, MANG and Bonefish & Tarpon Trust headed back to Grand Bahama Island for the second planting expedition in their Bahamas Restoration Project initiative. Their combined goal is to plant 100,000 new mangroves over the next five years in order to kick start the regrowth of 69 sq. miles of mangrove forests lost in the devastation of Hurricane Dorian in 2019.

The Tribune and Garden & Gun magazine out of Charleston, SC, both covered the planting expedition.
